My car was long over due and in need of a wash interior and exterior. I reached out to Marcus and luckily he was able to take my car in within half hour! When I got there, he even helped me remove my kid's car seat from the back seat along with some stuff from the trunk to make sure that there's completely nothing in the way, so he could get into all the nooks and crannies and be really thorough with the cleaning. After removing the carseat, there were patches of gooey gunk stuck on the seat. Marcus was then able to give me a more accurate quote that was higher than what he gave me on the phone, but I was completely cool with that since my car was in worse condition that I thought. After getting the car ready, I requested him to drop me off at nearby Kohl's which he happily did. We even had a good conversation along the way! (I really appreciate this service, Marcus.) Before he was done with the car, he texted me to give me a heads up. When we were back, I was super impressed with how impeccably clean it was! He removed all the gunk, the stubborn patch on top of the car, and even washed and dried the car seat mat!! Marcus and his nephew really went above and beyond with their job within a reasonable amount of time. Marcus was able to do a good job on my white Toyota Camry, Since I go to the gym and workout I used to ignore the smell and sweat I came into my car with. But over time it started to build up, and I got nervous giving rides to others. However if I were to take care of my car, it has to start with the interior. Marcus took good care of me personally while he was working on my car dropping me off and picking me up in the mall that I stayed for. I'm a dog mama and that means my car has been taken over by fur, drool, sand, dirt, etc. I reached out to Marcus for an interior detail and he was quick to schedule me in the same week to check out my car and provide a quote. After we met up and he explained what type of cleaning he would need to do, he gave me the cost. I agreed and he dropped me off at home so that he could immediately get started on the cleaning that same day. Several hours later, I was reunited with what felt like a brand new car! Marcus worked his magic and it was as if my fur baby had never set a paw inside my car! Marcus Sr!!! My first plan didn't pan out but I looked up on Yelp and saw nothing but 5 stars and then gave him a call. He was able to fit me in real quick and did a GREAT JOB! Our 11 year old minivan is well loved. With teen boys and their friends being driven around from here to there, the interior was looking quite messy and also smelly, too! We typically detail our van every 18 months just to keep it looking fresh and not run down (we also make sure we do our scheduled oil changes) so we were looking for someone that could really love our van and not just do a wash and dash. We took our van to a "detailer" the last time and it came back looking incomplete and just downright sloppy. Never again but it was hard finding someone. Yay for Marcus! Took my husband's car in for detailing. Marcus is genuine, honest , and truly a good man. He gave me a fair estimate after looking ar my car. He did a full cleaning of inside and out. And I am very happy with the results. He is meticulous and has attention to detail... finding crumbs ( my husband does a lot of eating in the car ) in tiny crevices and under the seats. He really cares for his customers and I would give him ten stars for Customer service. I was a bit delayed with a zoom meeting but he waited so patiently for me to pick up my car.
