Marcus was remarkable in every way!  He communicated clearly and responded quickly to my call,  gave an honest and reasonable quote, did a *very thorough job cleaning my van, finished when he said he would finish and was a general pleasure to do business with!  He really went the extra mile because I needed my car cleaned ASAP but his work truck happened to be in the shop being repaired, so he went down to the mechanic's shop to get whatever tools he could use without the truck, and took care of me right away!
